In today’s fast-paced world, growing numbers of individuals, businesses, and organizations are turning to professional coaching to increase their effectiveness, build relationships ,and reach their goals.
As a coach, Teregi Coleman facilitates client focused sessions. He listens, questions, encourages, supports and challenges his clients. Teregi provides a structure where goals are set and actions are developed for maximum benefit.
Typically,coaching consists of 45 minutes to 1-hour long sessions. The frequency each month depends on the scope of the engagement. It is suggested that a coaching series be conducted over 3 to 6 months. Teregi is accessible between sessions via email or short phone calls.
Teregi sees clients as creative, resourceful, and whole, and does not assume that clients need “fixing”. His vision is to foster attitudes and behaviors where people flourish and are happy, produce outstanding results, and enthusiastically positively affect everyone they come in contact with.
Coaching can be done either face-to-face or over the telephone.
